Butternut Squash Soup

This recipe is very simple and delicious. I opted for one block of cream cheese and that worked for our taste. My husband practically licked his bowl! We will definitely make this soup again.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed on Nov. 14, 2008 by Flaquita
Fantastic recipe! I made this for a party and it was well recieved. Tasted exactly like jalapeno poppers! Only thing I changed was that I used the whole can of jalapenos and mixed the parm cheese with panko bread crumbs which created a nice crust. Next time, I would add more peppers, we all felt it was not spicy enough.

Chris's Incredible Italian Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed on Nov. 13, 2008 by matgurl
definitely yummers! easily halved the recipe -- just scale for 3 instead of 6. (btw, 2 italian sausages equal half a pound. i used jennie-o turkey italian links) beside that i followed the recipe exactly, well, except i didn't use any milk. oh, and i sauteed the onion & fresh garlic instead of using powder --the texture was perfect, the taste outstanding. my family loved it. i'm looking forward to a sammie for lunch! yum
