Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

This was super good. I added additional veggies, just for personal preference. I added celery, snow peas and carrots, otherwise followed the recipe.

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

Very good, I doubled the tequila, next time I won't. I also added steak tips to this.

Oatmeal and Applesauce Pancakes

These were very good. Tasted like apple cinnamon pancakes. They were very thick, but fluffy at the same time. After making the first one, I thinned the batter out with some water and it helped. They were still fluffy just not as heavy.
